The first challenge of project and programme management is to make sure that outcomes achieve pre-defined scope, cost, quality and time constraints.

The second, more difficult, task is to optimize the allocation and integration of the inputs needed to meet these pre-defined objectives.

• Manage business expectations and relationships with key external stakeholders.
